In class, I have been doing a study on a book called 'Wringer'. What is Wringer? Well, when I started reading the story I didn't know what a Wringer was either but when you read the prologue you would what it is. A Wringer is when you are 10yrs old and go out and twist a birds neck which is sad and brutal.

In devotions, we have been learning about what courage is and who are courageous people are. There are many courageous people in the world
We have been learning about character inference using stories. We were doing it on a book called 'Winger' that is where I got my character from. I chose this character because I kind of like him and he is easy to do on.
Great author's make characters with believable personalities. They show personalities through these: Actions, Dialogue (direct speech), Reaction, physical description and thoughts.
I can see this in Beans character he is obnoxious, disrespectful and he doesn't care about anyone but himself. I can tell from when he goes to Palmer's birthday and sticks his finger in the chocolate cake and makes a dramatic scene about it. For example: “Open the presents!” Beans barked. (He is impatient) and Beans leaned across the table, took a deep breath and blasted away. The flames vanished. (Rude). The author mostly uses Action for Beans
We have been learning about simple probability. It was hard for me a bit but when I work through it I got the hang of it. I need to learn a bit more about this so I can be successful in it. I worked with some of my class students and a little bit of teacher help
